Minuteman Advisory Partners, LLC is based in Bedford, Massachusetts and was founded in 2006 by Brad Hafer.

Brad brings over 20 years of consulting and technology experience, including operating roles in business development, corporate development, sales, marketing and product management. He has helped drive the strategy, growth and  successful exit for three technology companies as part of their senior management teams. Transactions include the sale of SupplierMarket.com to Ariba, Synchronicity to MatrixOne and MatrixOne to Dassault Systemes. Previously he spent over 7 years at management consultancy A.T. Kearney and started his career with IBM. 

Brad holds a B.A. in Engineering from Lafayette College and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
