Minuteman Advisory Partners was founded in 2006 by Brad Hafer

Brad brings over 20 years of consulting and technology experience, including operating roles in business development, corporate development, sales, marketing and product management. He has helped drive the strategy, growth and  successful exit for three technology companies as part of their senior management teams. Transactions include the sale of SupplierMarket.com to Ariba, Synchronicity to MatrixOne and MatrixOne to Dassault Systemes. Previously he spent over 7 years at management consultancy A.T. Kearney and started his career with IBM. 

Brad holds a B.A. in Engineering from Lafayette College and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Additionally, Brad was one of 25 participants in the 2009 New England Clean Energy Renewable Energy Council's Fellowship Program aimed at transitioning high-tech entrepreneurs to the clean energy sector.

Brad lives in Bedford, MA with his wife and three sons and is very active in local sports, schools and town government.
